CrossFit Golden’s “Boot Camp” is a high-intensity conditioning session structured differently from our CrossFit sessions with the primary focus being metabolic conditioning. Athletes are able to develop a base strength and a foundational knowledge of our core movements in a positive and encouraging environment under close supervision of a trainer/coach.
You will use CrossFit methods to run, jump and use your own bodyweight along with kettle bells and weighted balls for resistance training. The result is a lean and toned body and a new outlook on fitness.
