Covid-19 Updates

CFG wants everyone who enters our facility to feel confident and safe that they will not only get a great training experience but also in COVID free environment.

We currently follow all State and Jefferson County public health mandates in regard to COVID-19, which should pertain to all gyms or personal service businesses in Golden, Colorado and the surrounding areas.

This includes:

• Our facility being a equipped with six Synexis Sentry Microbial Reduction Systemswhich not only filters the air inside the facility, but uses the ambient humidity and oxygen naturally present in the facility to create a safe level of dry hydrogen peroxide gas, which eliminates 99.9% of unwanted microbial contamination in the air and on surfaces. This includes Coronavirus, Influenza, MRSA and every other unwanted virus, bacteria, mold, fungus, yeast, odor or insect! Because dry hydrogen peroxide is a true gas, it can reach the toughest and most out-of-reach areas of the gym and keeps the facility 99.9% “germ free” 24 hours a day 365 days a year.
• Even with the Synexis System, masks are still worn inside at all times by both coaches and athletes per the state and local mandates. Don’t Have one? We can give you one!!
• We have an outdoor area behind the gym for athletes who prefer to do the conditioning portion of their workouts when weather permits.
• Reduced training session sizes of to no more than 14 athletes in order for individuals to maintain at least 6 feet of distance from other athletes and trainers whether training indoors or outdoors.
• More sessions offered to accommodate reduced occupancy. We currently offer 83 sessions a week. 11-13 sessions per day Monday through Friday.
• No shared equipment.
• Daily Virtual Classes on Zoom, Instagram Live, and IGTV for athletes who can’t make it to the gym or who feel safer at home.
• Hand sanitizer located throughout the facility.
• No out of state drop-ins.
• Professionally cleaned daily by Clean Freaks LLC of Golden.
