These lifts are an integral part of the CrossFit Program and dramatically improve athletic performance in every sport. Our Olympic Lifting program is for the Novice Olympic lifter, and those new to CrossFit, looking to improve their technique and increase their familiarity with these movements.
The Golden Barbell Club meets three days a week. This class is designed for the intermediate to advanced Olympic Lifter looking to take their strength and skill to the next level. A multitude of skills and drills paired with a percentage based strength cycle will help athletes improve their snatch and clean & jerk totals. This club is free to all members with an Unlimited Membership and operates in 6-8 week cycles
