Erin’s passion for food and nutrition was fueled by her desire to improve as an athlete. In an effort to perform and look her best, she experimented with a variety of diets and nutrition challenges. While each diet yielded positive short-term results, it wasn’t until she discovered macro-based dieting that she developed the tools to achieve her desired results long-term through a healthy, sustainable lifestyle. Erin’s goal is to to educate people on this “flexible dieting” approach to nutrition and to help them develop the tools to reach their athletic goals, desired body-composition and live long, healthy lives.
When she isn’t at the gym, she works as a graphic designer and enjoys spending time in the kitchen and relaxing at home with her husband and dogs.
