Push Press (Five sets of 3-5 reps)
Conditioning
Every minute, on the minute, for 10 minutes:
Odd Minutes – 135/95 lbs Power Clean x 5 reps
Even Minutes – Ring Dips x 10 reps
Track the weight used for the Power Cleans. Select a weight that can ideally be done as touch-and-go. For dips, use either Rings, Matador, or Box.
