1-HOUR PERSONAL TRAINING SESSION

$99/session or $790 for 10 sessions

Personal Training is an amazingly effective and efficient way to achieve your individual fitness goals whether you are a new athlete or experienced CrossFitter. Your coach will work with you to identify and clarify your fitness goals, assess your movement, and design a program to enable you to achieve your health and fitness goals as quickly as possible.

30-MINUTE 1-ON-1 SKILL SESSION

$50/session

Looking to get someone individualized attention on a specific skill you are working but don’t quite need an hour? 30-Minute Skill sessions are great way to fine tune your double unders, Olympic lifts, or gymnastic movements in 1-On-1 setting.Your coach will work with you to assess your movement, identify areas of improvement, and provide you with homework in order to improve on the modality you want to become more proficient at or master.

1-ON-1 FOUNDATIONS COURSE

$150

If you have completed your Free Introductory to CrossFit Class, but are still nervous to start class, CrossFit Golden’s 1-On-1 Foundations course is a perfect way to make you feel more confident and knowledgable on movements, methodology, workouts, and our overall training philosophy in a personalized and comfortable 1-on-1 setting. The 1-On-1 Foundations course is 3 x One-hour personal training sessions scheduled around your preferred availability. Once you are done with your four Foundations classes, we guarantee you will feel ready to join our regular group classes and experience the Community driven and supportive environment that is the hallmark of the CrossFit Golden community.

OPEN GYM ONLY

Not into groups or being coached? Well our Open Gym Membership is a perfect option. Open Gym hours are:
Monday–Thursday: 4:30am – 8:30pm
Friday: 4:30am – 7:30pm
Saturday: 7:00am – 5:00pm
Sunday: 7:00am – 5:00pm * Must have prior CrossFit or Olympic Lifting experience.

We have an awesome community at our gym. Our coaches are committed to each and every athlete. We will program your workouts, instruct movements daily, offer nutritional and supplement advice, and coach you through workouts every time you come through the door.
