1- Handstand Hold (60 seconds)
2- Wall Climb (5 Climbs)
3- Handstand Push-Up (Max Reps (Strict if you can))
Rest 2-3 minutes between sets
Conditioning
Every minute, on the minute, for 6 minutes:
6 Thrusters (95/65)
6 Burpees Over the Barbell
