Strength
Hang Snatch + Snatch (Every two minutes, for 20 minutes (10 sets))
Aim to build over each set, keeping technique strong.
Conditioning
Five rounds for time of:
5 Shoulder to Overhead (155/105 lbs)
10 Burpees Over the Barbell

Shoulder to Overhead should be pulled from the ground, and should be unbroken
Burpees do not have to be bar-facing
