Crossfit Endurance Bike Ride: 6:00 p.m.

Take 12-15 Minutes to build to a heavy 3 rep:
Deadlift (Build to a heavy triple)
In teams of two, alternate rounds and complete 7 rounds each of:
5 Deadlifts*
10 Hand Release Push Ups

*Load with approximately 65-70% of today’s heavy triple from part A.
