CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program consisting of constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity across broad time and modal domains.
Crossfit Golden’s Functional Bodybuilding program can be done during any CrossFit Class in lieu of the CrossFit workout. For those of you who haven’t done this program, CFG Functional Bodybuilding will trade out the metcon (metabolic conditioning) intensity for a little more hypertrophy and aesthetics.
We LOVE our group personal training sessions and they will cover all of the health and fitness “bases” but some of our athletes still want to do more. Some do so because they have the desire to compete in CrossFit or weightlifting and want to get in extra work, others just love to work out and some go because they are after a new skill!” We offer ‘Open Gym’ so that our athletes can try new things, get some extra work in and do their ‘homework’
CrossFit Golden is serious about helping you meet your health and fitness goals. That is why we recognize that group sessions may not be right for everyone. One-On-One Personal Training is done at the CFG facility, but in-home options are also available if you would like a trainer to come to you.
At CrossFit Golden we want you to apply your fitness outside the gym! Hiking, biking, playing with your kids, etc. But for those who are looking for a little more adventure and/or to step out there comfort zone we do multiple events and excursions all over the world to give you something to train for.
