CrossFit Golden is serious about helping you meet your health and fitness goals. That is why we recognize that group sessions may not be right for everyone. One-On-One Personal Training is done at the CFG facility, but in-home options are also available if you would like a trainer to come to you.
We LOVE our group personal training sessions and they will cover all of the health and fitness “bases” but some of our athletes still want to do more. Some do so because they have the desire to compete in CrossFit or weightlifting and want to get in extra work, others just love to work out and some go because they are after a new skill!” We offer ‘Open Gym’ so that our athletes can try new things, get some extra work in and do their ‘homework’

At CrossFit Golden we want you to apply your fitness outside the gym! Hiking, biking, playing with your kids, etc. But for those who are looking for a little more adventure and/or to step out there comfort zone we do multiple events and excursions all over the world to give you something to train for.
CFG Strength Class is an optional 3 day a week strength training program that can be completed in conjunction with CrossFit or Boot Camp Classes. The focus of this program is to improve pressing, pulling and squatting strength. CFG Strength is also ideal for the endurance athlete who wants to make greater improvements in total body strength, without negatively impacting his or hers sport specific training programming with CrossFit conditioning workouts.
CFG strength can be completed under the supervision of a coach during the “Strength” class or on your own during open gym.
Our Skill & Drills class is where we break down the complicated movements found in CrossFit and make them accessible to achieve. Progressions will be given from beginner to advanced levels, and while conditioning is not the focus, be prepared to work to fatigue!
Class sizes are limited to 6.
Everything that is not training is recovery and CFG offers 3 recovery programs that can have a major impact on your training: CrossOver Symmetry, Yoga, & RomWod.
