The competition will start at 8:40 AM with the first WOD brief but please feel free to arrive earlier to warm up. First heat of WOD #1 will start promptly at 9:00 AM. We will run ON TIME if not ahead of schedule. Ceremony and awards will be at 3:00PM.

HEAT TIMES: Please see the image (click on it to view larger) above to view your heat times.

WORKOUTS: There will be a total of 5 workouts/scores on Sunday. These workouts will not be released until Saturday 8/25 at 12:00 PM.

WORKOUT CHECK IN: Every athlete needs to check into their heat 5 Minutes before start to get linked up with their judge and to be assigned a lane.

WORKOUT BRIEFS: There will be a brief on each workout and the standards 20 Minutes before the first heat of every workout. Please see attached for the times of the workout briefs.

FLOATER: A floater is a workout that does not have an assigned time. This workout can be done at any time but must be completed before 2:30 PM.
