Back Squat (3-5 reps @ 20X1)
Handstand Push-ups (Max Effort HSPUs)
Rest 20 seconds between movements
Rest 2-3 minutes between rounds
Conditioning
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 8 minutes of:
15 KB Swings (24/16)
30 Double-Unders

(Sub 60 Single-Unders)
