Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 14 minutes of:

8 Kettlebell Deadlifts (24/16 kg)

8 Kettlebell Swings (24/16 kg)

8 Overhead Reverse Lunges (24/16 kg – left arm)

8 Overhead Reverse Lunges (24/16 kg – right arm)
