Warm up squat for Clean, and practice footwork for Jerk! Get it!
Conditioning
For time:
20 Shoulder to Overhead (135/95 lbs)
200 Meter Run
15 Shoulder to Overhead (135/95 lbs)
400 Meter Run
10 Shoulder to Overhead (135/95 lbs)
600 Meter Run
Try to aim for no more than 3 sets on any round for your Shoulder to Overhead. Two sets would be preferred.
