Every 2 minutes, for 14 minutes (7 sets) of:
Snatch High Pull + Muscle Snatch (1 + 1)
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 6 minutes of:
6 Hang Power Snatch (75/55lbs)
10 Front Rack Reverse Lunges (75/55lbs)
