Announcement:

As you can see below, there are a few spots still available for Fight Gone Bad on Saturday morning and a detailed explanation on how Saturday will run and will be posted Friday night on the site. There will be no Boot Camp, Olympic lifting, Barbell Club or kids Class on Saturday, there will be an obstacle course for kids to do during the FGB event.

Conditioning
In teams of two, with only one teammate working at any time, complete three sets for max reps of:
3 Minutes of Ball Slam (40/30 lbs)
Rest 2 Minutes
3 Minutes of Front Squats (95/65 lbs)
Rest 2 Minutes
3 Minutes of Burpee over Barbell
Rest 2 Minutes

 

Three scores will be tracked for this.

Score #1:
Team Ball Slam + Front Squats + Burpees over Barbell for Rd. 1

Score #2:
Team Ball Slam + Front Squats + Burpees over Barbell for Rd. 2

etc.
