Touch-and-Go, control last rep to ground
Rest 90 seconds
Dips (20-25 reps)
Rest 90 seconds

Conditioning

Three rounds with partner of:
500 Meter Row
15 Hand-Release Push-ups
25 Kettlebell Swings (32/24 kg)

Partners rotate when both are done.
Each partner will complete both stations three times.
