135 pound Thruster, 7 reps

7 Knees to elbows

245 pound Deadlift, 7 reps

7 Burpees

7 Kettlebell swings, 2 pood

7 Pull-ups

21-15-9 reps for time of:

225-lb. deadlifts

Handstand push-ups

Inbetweener

Complete 10 stations, 1 minute per station, for a total of 2 Rounds. 

Station 1: Air Squats 

Station 2: Plate Russian twists 

Station 3:  Plate Ground to Overhead

Station 4: Flutter Kicks 

Station 5:  Jumping Jacks 

Station 6: Weighted Sit Ups 

Station 7: Plank Push Ups 

Station 8: Mountain Climber Twists

Station 9: Scissor Kicks

Station 10: Rest
