Tony looked super strong doing his overhead work during our Saturday Olympic Lifting class!

 

Conditioning

Five sets of:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 3 minutes of:
3 Pull-Ups
6 Burpees
9 Kettlebell Swings (24/16kg)
3 Minutes rest between rounds

All sets should be unbroken, so find appropriate modification to ensure that happens throughout!
