Greg competed in the Aspen Valley X-Terra Triathlon on Saturday. This race included a 1200m swim, 6 mile mountain bike ride, and a 5k trail run. He finished 2nd in his division, and 3rd in the men’s overall. Congrats, Greg!

In teams of two, alternate full rounds to complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 18 minutes of:
