Shoulder Press (Six sets of 2 reps @ 20X1)
Rest 2-3 minutes

Conditioning

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 8 minutes of:
10 Pull-Ups
15 Thrusters (95/65 lbs)
30 Double-Unders

Modifications:
3-5 SLOW Negatives per round (if they can take at least 5 seconds, otherwise ring rows)
Thrusters in no more than 3 sets each round
60 Single-Unders
