Every 2 minutes, for 10 minutes (5 sets):

Back Squat

*Set 1: 6 reps @ 75% of 1-RM Back Squat

*Sets 2-4: 3 reps @ 85%

*Set 5: 6 reps @ 75%

Metcon

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:

15 Wall Ball Shots (20/14 lbs)

10 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups

5 Burpee Box Jump-Overs (24″/20″)
