Weightlifting

Every 2 minutes, for 10 minutes (10 sets):

Hang Snatch + Snatch 

Start around 70% of your 1-RM Snatch. Can be power or squat.

Metcon

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 14 minutes of:

20 Alternating Pistol Squats

15 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches (50/35 lbs)

10 Strict Handstand Push-Ups
