Hang Snatch + Snatch (Six sets of the complex)

Conditioning

Five rounds for time of:
Hang Power Snatch x 10 reps (95lbs/65lbs)
Double-Unders x 30 reps

Today IS a day where you can “work through” double-unders if you can get a few every time you try!
