Gymnastic Skill Work: Take 15 minutes to work on multiple skills from the below list. All progressions and modifications will be acceptable to work on during this time.
– Pistols
– L sit/Hollow Holds
-Handstands/ Handstand Pushups
– Muscle ups
– Toes To Bar
– Pull ups
Against a two-minute running clock, complete as many reps as possible of:
3 Hang Cleans (135/95 lbs) RX+ 155/105
6 Shoulder to Overhead
9 Front Squats
Burpees x Max Reps
Rest 2 minutes between sets, and complete a total of five sets
