Conditioning
Four sets of:
Against a 4-minute running clock, complete:
500 Meter Row
300 Meter Run
Push-Ups x Max Reps
Rest 4 minutes between sets
The goal here is to push through the run/row as fast as you can, to get through as many reps of push-ups as you can in the remaining time.If the rowers are all taken, partner up and alternate rounds of:
500 Meter Row, 300 Meter Run, Push-ups
and
300 Meter Run, 500 Meter Row, Push-Ups
500 Meter Row, 300 Meter Run, Push-ups
and
300 Meter Run, 500 Meter Row, Push-Ups
