Strength
Six sets of:
Back Squat
Set 1 – x 3 reps
Set 2 – x 2 reps
Set 3 – x 1 rep
Set 4 – x 3 reps
Set 5 – x 2 reps
Set 6 – x 1 rep
Rest 2-3 minutes between sets
No tempo work today!! Make your goal to try and increase the weight for corresponding weight sets.
Example, try to make your second set of 3 reps heavier than the first set of 3.
The 6th set, the single, should be your heaviest attempt if you broke down the weights appropriately.
Conditioning
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
5 Burpee Pull-Ups
10 Ball Slams (40/30#)
20 Sit-Ups
