Conditioning
In teams of two, alternate rounds to complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 18 minutes of:
5 Burpees
7 Box Jump Overs (24/20″)
9 Goblet Squats (24/16kg)
Jump Overs and Goblet Squats should be unbroken.
