Conditioning Part A 4 x 800m TT (Time) Rest 4-5:00 between efforts; ALL OUT EFFORTS *Will scale interval distance for new runners Track total time, including rest Part B CFE: Death By Strict Pull Ups (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps) *No ring rows; Use a band that allows you to do no less than 3 reps at a time and no more than 7.
