CrossFit Golden has 9 athletes competing in Competitions this weekend! Three teams will be competing at the Tuff Luv event at CrossFit Sanitas, in Boulder: Caelen and Camilla – The Snookies (8:00am/8:45am/9:42am/12:59pm) Danny and Kayla – Too Fast for Cupid (8:50am/11:12am/12:10pm/1:53pm) Tom and Megan – Renegade Crew (9:00am/10:00am/11:30am/2:11pm)   Tony and Wendy will compete at the Bumper Plate Date, at Big Thompson CrossFit in Loveland! Their heat times are 9:20am and 3:20pm, with two “Floater workouts” somewhere in-between those two times.   Last but not least, Birddog (aka Peter) is competing in a 500m Row at the 30th Annual Mile High Sprints at CrossFit South Denver. His heat is at 11:20am!
