Strength Back Squat (Work to 2 sets of 10) Every two minutes, for 10 minutes (5 sets): Back Squat *Set 1 – 5 reps @ 45-55% *Set 2 – 5 reps @ 55-65% *Set 3 – 3 reps @ 65-75% *Set 4 – 2 reps @ 75-85% *Set 5 – 2 reps @ 80-90%Every two minutes, for 4 minutes (2 sets): Back Squat x 8-10 reps @ 75-80%Aim to continually make small increases from last week’s numbers, yet not miss a single rep! Ever since the humble beginnings of CFG, our members have known how to dress up for Halloween!   Fight Gone Bad!! Three rounds of: Wall-ball, 20 pound ball, 10 ft target (Reps) Sumo deadlift high-pull, 75 pounds (Reps) Box Jump, 20″ box (Reps) Push-press, 75 pounds (Reps) Row (Calories) In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute.The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of “rotate”, the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.   Heats for tomorrow below, kids workout is at 9:15, costumes encouraged, WE CAN ONLY DO 15 per heat due to number of rowers.
